Word from the Director

The world is experiencing enormous changes at a speed that seems beyond comprehension. The need for knowledge is growing and no one is spared. Regardless of age and social status, knowledge is inevitably the ideal solution to effectively address the problems of our time. Furthermore, digital technology offers us an unparalleled opportunity to learn everything from anywhere in the world. For African youth especially who are faced with the challenges of writing their history into that of humanity, a blank page is offered to them. It is up to them to write down either their complaints and recriminations based on past experiences or to establish their strategic objectives to build a better future. In this sense, promoting positive development is a concept that we have developed with a view to enhancing our potential through the reconstruction of man.

The challenge is precisely to train man so that the knowledge he acquires can allow him to improve his condition, to bring solutions to the world and to be an actor of Peace. This great ambition is only possible with the implementation of a consistent vision, a faith to face despair, a proven experience to offer fruitful alternatives and an informed leadership to operate unexpected changes.

This is how we can help our youth, who are losing their bearings in the face of the many upheavals of our time, to find their path to fulfillment with the means available. It is with this vision that we have been working since 2009 to design programs and projects with the sole objective of helping individuals and legal entities to acquire the skills useful for their development and prosperity.

Aware of the magnitude of our ambition, our strategy consists of constantly learning, constantly innovating, continuously improving, and therefore remaining dynamically attentive to needs with a view to their adequate satisfaction. Convinced that no development will be fulfilling without man, we focus our services on:

• The need to develop the human within to lay the foundation for sustainable development
• The availability to support emerging forces (youth) through the transfer of skills, support, pre-insertions, coaching and mentoring,
• The opportunity for research with a view to continuous improvement,
• Accountability for the restoration of values ​​essential to individual and collective well-being.

Our training approach is therefore holistic and does not consist solely in providing our students with certifications. The true and best certification for us is the one that helps a person use their skills to serve, gather, heal, care for, improve, train, enrich, reconcile, …..If you find yourself in this logic of competence which is undoubtedly the best alternative for a better world (and not only developed), I am sure that you are here with us at AgPDP at the right address.
